The Georgian Age

Edward VII's son: George V

A few years before the beginning of  'Great War', George V came to the power, after his father Edward VII's death.

The period from 1910 to his death, occurred in 1936, is called Georgian Age, that was seen as the Britain's answer of the Continental Belle époque, in fact the habits remained related to traditions and the upper-classes still thought of itself as the center of the world.
